Hi,
I am attempting to change the layout of our MWS console to look similar to our old TN console… I can manually change this for my specific user and as can every user but we would like to have this set as a default for all users… A ticket was created and they recommended building my own portal page and loading it up please let me know if you have a better/easier way of doing this and if not I would need assistance building my own portal page. Thanks for your help in advance.
