Hello All, I have done my manual test certification and I have joined a new organization. I want to know which methodology is best to use with team members (approx 20 members). I don’t know about both of them and according to this reference, Agile software development is often regarded as being particularly well suited to situations with a small but highly skilled project development team. Agile is a more rigorous technique than Scrum. As a result, there is limited room for frequent adjustments but not an idea about scrum methodology. Can anyone help me with this?

That’s quite subjective and it depends on the team/project.
My recommendation would be the team to evaluate pos and cons of both and then choose either of them and follow it as team’s decision.
