after successful upgrade status tasks become queued !!


I’m working in project to upgrade version of bpm platforme ( broker + IS + MWS + Taskengine + Rulesengine …) , from 8.2 to 9.8 , and the target is 9.12.

the migration was successfully terminated and all component are working very well , we tested a new creation of workfolw instances and it work very well .

the problem is when we want to complete the old instances ( that we migrate ) the instance of process didn’t move , and we see that the task has historical status queued , the second think is the picture of the instance shows the step of the task with status queued .

Can some one give me a help to now where is the mistake ?
