Adjust the vector size of shared ALS/ASM cache to track blocks held privately by ACF None
If Adabas Cluster Services (ALS) or Parallel Services (ASM) is being run together with the Adabas Caching Facility (ACF), adjust the vector size of the shared ALS/ASM cache, so that it can track all of the blocks held privately by ACF.
Without this change the, ALS/ASM nuclei adjust their cache vector size upward by 1000 when ACF is used.
