I used ADASCR many moons ago… And I have just started a new DBA position at a ‘mature’ shop that has been using SBV extensively for many (25+) years. The currently available documentation is adequate for my purposes to make changes to their current environment, except for “PARMDEF CODE=” – this statement is coded at the top of every SBV DDKARTE member. It’s been many years since I used ADASCR, and I don’t remember what this does, or where the PARMDEF CODE that is present comes from. And no one is left here who can tell me. Can anyone shed any light on this control statement?
That CODE is the master password you receive when you order ADASCR, along with the ADASCR manual.
