Please let me know, Is there any document which would help to know about Adabas to DB2 migration and also the cares to be taken during the migration.

This is such an open ended question for such a topic. Is there something specific about an ADABAS to DB2 migration you are concerned about (i.e., data migration, application changes, strategy, etc.)?

Otherwise, all I can say is… buy more DASD, upgrade your MSU capacity, and hire more DBAs.
