Is itpossible to access forums from Outlook Express or another program. It might be more confortable and faster than the HTML interface.

unfortunately such an interface is not available. There is a one way direction possible via the PopIt functionality, where you can be notified, if there is any news in a forum. But there is no functionality to answer using mail or newsgroup interfaces.
Because the dicsussion group functionality is based on licensed software we sent a request to the provider but have no confirmation yet, that such a functionality will be available, soon.
