Aborting connection from /xxx.xx.xxx.xx: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificat

Hello~ everyone.

We’re using EDI AS2 Communication.
One of the partners has tried to send us an EDI message.
However, in both sides we’ve got an error message regarding the certificate.

In our side(receiver), the error message is
“Aborting connection from /xxx.xx.xxx.xx: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificat”.

In partner’s side(sender), the error message is
"Could not establish SSL connection with [https://ourDomain:4443/invoke/wm.EDIINT/receive]. [Server certificate rejected by ChainVerif ".

The message is just signed not encrypted.

We are facing this problem with only that partner.
They don’t use webMethods.
Actually, it used to work before we changed our certificate.
We have distributed new certificate to them.
They said they uninstalled old one and installed new one.
However, the error keep being happened.
I guess our old certificate still exists and affects in their system.

But, because I’m not sure 100% about my thought, I’d like to ask your opinion.

Thanks in advance.
