XML syntax for date for POS 2009 sales receipt

Hello all,

I know very little about XML, but using a bit of logic I have been able to modify a little the xml template that comes with MSPOS 2009. The problem that I am having is I want to add 30 days to the “transaction.date” for my return policy.
Any idea about how I got about doing that?
