writeLog failed message in IS server.log

I am noticing the following message at regular intervals in our server.log file:

0001BC [B2BUNKW.CONVMG.9999] writeLog failed: com.wm.app.b2b.server.AccessException: [B2BSERV.0084.9004] Access Denied

Any idea, why or whay is triggering this?
