WmTaskClient.pub.task.taskclient:seachTasks with date input parameter

Hello Guys,

I am trying to call searchTasks service to return the tasks created after certain date.

For that, initialized data in a taskSearchQueryTerm as below and mapped it to searchTasks input (TaskSearchQuery/Terms).

Fields: createdDate
Operator: >=
value: date object

When running this service with this mapping , server throwing below error. This error is not that intuitive to understand the rootcause. Did you guys have seen this problem before?

Hi Guys,

Does it mean date range search can’t be done with taskclient.searchTasks service?

Kind regards,
Raj

Problem would be with the ‘date pattern’ which you are supplying. Do a search task with some other parameter, and see how the date pattern is returned in ‘Task Info’ document. Create date in similar patter and pass it to verify if it works.

Hi Raja,

Have you managed to fix this problem?

If not can you share your code with us in some way so we can run it on our wm installations.

Thank you.
