wMPortal is not displaying the brokers

Hi,
I am using - webMethods Portal 6.5.2.0.82,I tried to view the brokers in the broker server through portal,
Messaging → BrokerServer List->Brokers
but it is giving the following error.

com.webMethods.portal.PortalException:
[POP.012.0001.wm_commonsearchresults] Search Context Portlet URI is not valid: /meta/default/wm_msg_sc_server_brokers/0000003569

This is a known issue when some of the MWS fixes are downloaded and installed before MWS server is initialized for the first time (I hope that is your case). You have couple options:

  • Reinstall MWS without any fixes. Full configure it and only then download and install fixes
  • I’m not sure if there is a Broker fix for this anywhere in the Knowledge Base. You may contact technical support. They should have details on how to fix it.
