the Last technical briefings I attended and IW 2004, much was touted about the new features of 6.5.
However I am deeply dissapointed to know, none of those were incorporated in 6.5, especially plug-in to CVS or PVCS.
Anyone have ideas of how to use PVCS with 6.5 at a flow service level?

Nothing I know of. We checked with wM Development center as well.
Until the source code control add-in for IS 6.5 ships, you are limited to manual check-in/check-out at the file-system level. You can script this, of course, to make it less obnoxious. See Appendix H in the Developer User’s Guide for details.
