Documentation (webMethods_Certificate_Toolkit_User’s_Guide_7_1_1.pdf) states that certification Toolkit is available at advantage as a zip file (IS_7‐1_CertToolkit.zip) but I can’t find it. Does anyone has the direct url to it?

I think the software AG has removed that file from server.Because latest versions of webMethods doesnt contain certificate toolkit at all.
