I need to build an API having interaction with oracle database and deploy in cloud environment.Which webmethod tool should I use. As per my understanding we need to use webmethod clould portal to deploy in cloud environment.But how can I build a simple API having connectivity with Oracle data base or which webmethod tool should I use to create API with database connection(fetching from DB).Please guide me.Thanks in advance
