Web Service Connector Problems

When I try to create a “Web Service Connector” I recieve the following error:

[BTLINTG.0012.0012] Error occured whil creating web service connector.

The details section says:

[BTLINTG.0013.0001] Server connection to ‘Localhost:5555’ lost: Reason unknown. Try restoring session later to save changes.

I recieve this error message with a local .wsdl file and an http://url service.

Any ideas?
