in some Integration Server server.log the following message is written:

java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: [sag-cjdbc42-0011][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-00001: violation de contrainte unique (PRT.PRTPROCLOCK_PK)

PRT.PRTPROCLOCK_PK indicates a problem with a primary key. But this table is not used on purpose.

  • The application, does not include a PRT process, at all.

Is there a valid reason - why this table is used?

Check if WmPRT package is enabled on IS admin page.

Hello Mahesh,

thank you for offering your help. I did never saw a full log.

But the intention is, not to use the WmPRT package. We found that for some reason the “Storage Cleaner” has been set to enabled. After the “Cleanup Service Interval” was set to 0 (Reload WmPRT), the problem did no longer occur.
