I have a question regarding the client queue for the utility adapter. Documents seem to get stuck in the queue. This is verified by viewing the utility adapter client queue in the webMethods Manager. Continually the queue needs to be cleared. After doing so for some time, the adapter seems to work (i.e. documents flow through adapter no problem). However, this appears to be only a temporary fix. In time (or upon restarts of the Enterprise Server), the queue usually fills with documents once again.
The test has been with very small numbers of documents flowing to the utility adapter (under 5), so this shouldn’t be a volume issue.
Any ideas on solving this problem?
