User Settings in Admin. Mgm

hi,

I am using a trial tenant and from administration Mgm i added Role related to device simulator.

During working on the tenant suddenly when i am working on the device simulator a message pop up told me that I need permission as simulator admin.

when i go to my user setting i found the role related to device Simulations is off and when i add it again the message still appearing;

why my user settings return back to old setting without any inference from my side.

Hi Mohamed,

in a trial version device simulators are disabled by default. You can get in contact with the sales department to get an agreement on enabling this.
