A shot in the dark,make sure your TN Server/DB is up and running,if yes other option might be reloading WmTN package or shutdown/startup TN server from Developer/WmTN package startup/shutdown services.

Also could be there might be some changes done in your environment,TN DB,fixes/patches etc??.Please check with sysadmin folks.
