Unable to see the Message Handlers in the Admin Page

Hi All,
We are using websphere MQ in IS 4.6
We are not able to see the message handlers for the queue settings we defined.We are not able to see the Add Message Handlers we defined on the page and the Add Message Handler button disappeared.Did any one come across this problem?We can see the message handlers in developer.

I have reloaded the MQSeries package and everything works fine
