Unable to open IBM webMethods Integration – Error-Null Key for Tenant Cache

I’m unable to access the IBM webMethods.io Integration module. While trying to log in, I’m seeing the following error:

Null key returned for cache operation (maybe you are using named params on classes without debug info?)

Builder[public com.softwareag.wmic.core.tms.tenant.entity.WMIOTenant com.softwareag.wmic.core.tms.tenant.service.WMIOTenantService.getWMIOTenantDetails(java.lang.String) throws com.softwareag.wmic.commons.exception.IPaaSException]
caches=[tenantLoginDetails] | key=‘#tenantId’

Please help resolve this issue. Other modules like API Gateway and Developer Portal are working fine.
