unable to create database

Dear all,

After I login in the site: http://localhost:9991/smh/login.htm & login in the host, it will show the tree-like structure with “+”.
However, it didn’t respond with I click “+”, do any one know why?

Please HELP~~~

PS:
My OS Platform is Win2000 Server &
My Tamino version is XML Starter Kit 4.1.4 (30days verisons) &
It shoul be able to create database for 20MB allowance
