unable to connected to Broker

could anyone please help me regarding the issue below

IS 6.1.5. In the ISAdmin Page Settings–>Broker–>Edit i click the radio button Configured and Save Changes. I restarted the IS, In the Broker Connection it showing Connected= No.


It may be a silly question, but I assume your Broker was running? Is your Broker on the same host as IS or another? If it is on another server, could there be any firewalling issues? Did you put in the correct port settings for the Broker? [by default 6849].

Have a look in the IS server log, it should show some type of error as IS starts up and it attempts to connect to the Broker. The error may give you some information to help troubleshoot the issue.
