I need to stop a trigger from getting queud up on the broker with disabling its related packages …any option in mws

Even if you disable the trigger, documents still used to come in your trigger client queue at broker for processing at later stage once trigger is enabled.
If i understand your requirement correct, you don’t want to have those documents for your trigger. For that once you disable the trigger, you need to delete the corresponding client queue also at broker.
Kindly remember in case there is no subscriber for the given document,it will route to dead letter queue (provided its being configured/exist).
