has anyone seen this error before in TN 9.0? not able to see Transactions, TPAs in trading networks.

please check the ACL-Settings on IS (ACL-Names beginning with TN) as well as the SAML (SSO) Configuration between IS and MWS.
The SAML (SSO) configuration should be under Settings → Resources in IS-Admin.

For the above error increase the Caching memory in MWS page or IS Admin page.
