Timeout format - parameter on Invoking Web Service Connector

Hi,
I’m wondering what the format for the timeout parameter on the Connector is. Is it in Seconds or Milli-seconds. I’m not refering to the Timeout in the Properties panel on the right hand side of developer, but, the Timeout input parameter to the Connector itself ??
