Did you check the hints given in the history of this thread if they apply to your issue?
As always replied to other threads (especially when its origin is quite old like this one):
Please provide your wM version and the list of fixes applied to your instances so we can check easier if this is a known issue and look if there is already a (newer) fix available to address this or to adjust/refine the suggestions already given previously to the correct version affected.
My original issue is this same thread with subject “There are no enabled Processes matching this trigger: xxx:subscriptionTrigger while executing trigger”. Not sure which one actually solved this but it seems either the scan package mentioned here or by reloading of the package. Yes it’s possible that my installation is outdated and needs some fixes. Will consider applying…
