Task List Management Page Auto Refresh on Click - MWS

Dear team,
When we click on TLM Page in MWS , By default no tasks are listed. User need to click on Search to fetch the list. Any configuration to auto refresh the list when user clicks on tlm page.

Hi Rohit,

Yes, this possibility exits in Task List Management (TLM).

The TLM portlet has 3 tabs:

  1. Advanced
  2. Saved
  3. Options

To obtain the behavior you want:

  • Go on the Options tab
  • Pick a saved search from the list of saved searches (second combo-box). You can create saved searches on the second tab (“Saved”)
  • Check the checkbox that says: “Run selected saved search when window is displayed”
