Is there a way to tun Spf in batch (vse mf)?

Yes there is. You can specify the command; I don’t remember what it is, but it’s going to be something like

(SPF command name) (two letter command code) (arguments)

I might have an old z/OS JCL example, but it would take a while to find it.

I think this is obscurely documented in the SPF manuals.
