Software AG account vs Cumulosity Account

Hi,

I am just getting started with Cumulosity (currently using the free trial) to evaluate it compared with Thingworx and I need to connect a Red Lion RTU device.

However it seems that the SoftwareAG login I have doesn’t work for connecting the device. I am also prompted for a username and password if I access the Administration & Device Mangement screen screens and again my credentials don’t work.

Is this normal for the trial or is there a bug somewhere?

Hi Peter,

Did you sign up for the free trial via the softwareag.cloud website?

If you did, you must have a “Login with Software AG Cloud” button.
