but, unfortunately, the workaround doesn’t go. 
I added proxy properties:

to both startHostManagerCommand.bat and startFactoryCommand.bat files
but SOAP GW doesn’t work…connection timed-out error arises.
the same job to launchGUI.bat gives the same result 
do u have new tips??
