Service task skipped while executing.

Hello,

I have come across an issue where some of the service tasks are skipped and the next service tasks are executed.

For eg. there are 4 tasks,
1.Receiving via JMS
2.Converting it to XML Doc
3.Mapping
4.Validation

In this case, after task 1, directly task 4 is executed. Task 2 & 3 are skipped.

Any reply would be of great help.

Can you please share BPM image for the same.
And environment details with Fix level.

Please share Process Model and also confirm if all BPM Process steps are on same server.
