Server is not running

hi,

   i have changed the IPs in the dispatch.cnf and its giving me the following errors. can anybody help me to resolve this problem.

Hi Ferreira Silva ,

 I configaured the webMethods Broker in IS and I run the webMthods broker in the Adminstrator tool/ service. 

 Please do the same. Hope this will work

See if any of this helps:
Try deleting the Data folder of the Audit and do a re-start if configured on filesystem.
Delete the Dispatch.cnf and do a re-start.
Deleted the contents of the WmRepostory2 and do a restart.
Renamed the DocumentStore and restart, sometimes if document store is corrupt this error occurs.

Adnam,

I tried the steps you suggested and the last step to rename DocumentStore works for me. All the other were executed and they didn’t work.
But now, after the execution of rename DocumentStore I’m getting this message in IS:
No Trigger Available for incoming Document (interface name) Rejecting Document.

Any hints?

  • try regenerating your trigger
    or
  • check the doc name in broker and see if its correct for that use doc tracker to see what doc is getting published and what is trigger subscribed to, if different do cleanup on broker.

if that dont work, provide more info on this trigger so we can figure out what’s wrong. As a precaution try not to modify cnf files manually especially without backup. Also IS makes a backup copy, try restoring it in future to see if it helps.

I didn’t need to regenerate the trigger because in settings>broker no broker was configured (before a broker was configured). So, I just save the configuration and that error disappear.
My question is: after saving the broker configuration, the number of documents appear to be increased in broker queue, but using Document Tracker I could see that the documents have been consumed. Why does the screen in broker admin show me so many documents and this number never decreases? I ask that because everything is going fine, the IS is working normally consuming the documents and I don’t have a work load so high!

if documents are getting consumed, queue should not increase unless subscriber is slow in consuming docs, try to stop publishing and see if queue drops.

hi all,

when i configured my broker using Integration server i did 2 steps
1:check the configured option
2:restart the IS 6.1
but connected :No is presented there
what can i do to solve above problem
