Save and Restore Pipeline and Data Mask at Flowservice level

I did not find the Save and Restore Pipeline option and Data Masking method/function not available at Flow service level in webMethods.io.Integration.
What was the reason the above mentioned not enabled by SAG in the webMethods.io.Integration. Please share your Inputs

I have no insight as to the specifics of why these are not provided.

My guess is because savePipeline stores the data in memory for the life of the JVM. There is no cleanup, to my knowledge. In a shared tenant environment, this is problematic.

Hi Reamon,

Thanks for sharing the information. But at least savePipelineToFile & restorePipelineFromFile options won’t consume the Memory and stores the data in the form of file on the webMethods.io.Integration local storage location.
Note : The File utility writes the file into the webMethods.io.Integration storage location.
