Last month i was using the sabrafood application in a training (ip 212.143.255.4) and now i cannot connect anymore… the host was moved to another ip ?

The AS400 on 212.143.255.4 is no longer available.
If you are training within the SAG network you can use the demo applications online after you coordinate that with the corporate university.
However, if you are outside the SAG network we no longer offer an online training host, but you still can use the demo applications with the GCT files we supply.
