RMG is asking you to explore the services in WmART package.
I looked at your code its nice (but I did not test it yet) and if you have time and patience also you can refer 6-5_ADK_Users_Guide I hope it might help you.

Java Code looks reasonable so far.
What RMG is referring to goes in the same direction as that what I have tried to describe in my earlier post in this thread.
I have mentioned two useful services from WmART-package there already.

I am not sure if the ADK-Users-Guide is the right place to look at.
The Services of the WmART-Package are described in the IS Build-In-Services Guide.
These are common/shared services to all WmART-based Adapters.
