Do you have Retek SDK (Java API)? As far as I know, the only official SI for Retek is SeeBeyond which provides a SeeBeyond Retek Integration Bus.
FYI, webMethods currently has JMS adapter for Enterprise that you can use to integrate with Retek. JMS adapter for Integration Server is expected to release soon. From those offerings, you have the flexibility to deploy your custom JMS-based messaging integration with Retek, not necessarily with SeeBeyond RIB - which is not feasible if you have webMethods in place already.
