resubmit a services invoked by processing rule

Hi,

Currently we are facing issue of resubmitting services which are invoked by TN processing rule.
As per my understanding:

  1. It is possible.
  2. upon completion of this failed service final TN transaction status will also get updated as DONE.
    Please confirm my understanding.

We are using IS 9.6.
Upon resubmitting, the MWS shows it is resubmitted but nothing happens. No change in status, no new services instance.

Could you please highlight any possible solution on this.

Pawan-- Is this a recent migration, what are the current fix levels. Did you notice this from Integration design or is it after migration or any other changes taken place to fix some other issue ?

Hi,

It is recent migration.
Current IS version is:
Version = 9.6.0.0
Updates = IS_9.6_Core_Fix5
TNS_9.6_Fix3

We have experience this after go-live into production.
