ReHandling the Junk data of a Flat File

Hi,

I am new to webMethods and I am having problem while inserting the data from a flat file. Actually I created a Flat file schema for a Pipe delimeted flat file and the schema is a pipe delimeted schema. When I test my schema with the file I can see a small box in one of the fields. So when I try to insert into the oracle table I am getting a error. Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem.

Small box means, the character is not readable by text editor.
What error you are getting when trying to insert into DB
