Does Tamino handle intern rankings from requerst! And is it possible to get them out, or are resultsets from Tamino only boolean (also a Document contains my topic or not!) But I want some similarity between my question and the result!

Tamino offers some quite complex querying facilities. Tamino 4 offers the powerful XQuery (as opposed to X-Query). This should allow you to perform a query and get the results back in a specific order. The online documentation should provide many suitable examples.
