RA not reentering process instance

Good morning All,

We’re sending a 4B3 to a partner and the initial process is starting just fine. However, when the RA is received it is not rejoining the first instance so that it can complete - it starts another instance and both just hang there in started status. What gives?

Did you checked the join condition in the Wait for RA step in the process model? Is the correlationID or PID is matches with the RA document that you are receiving back with respect to the focalRoles?? I suspect some where the configuration in the wait step is not kickingoff properly with respect to the initial created pid.
