Issue: If a step in the model is configured to have a timeout value set and within that step if you throw an exception it will be caught by the process level exception step (if defined) but the step throwing the exception is marked as completed rather than failed.
We raised this issue with webMethods and drilled it down to a Fix provided by webMethods recently (WmPRT_FIX2). Still waiting for a fix for the fix :lol:
This post is to communicate my findings but also to find out if anyone else has encountered the same issue and has a work around or a solution for it.
