Process Diagram Exception in portal

Hi,

I am pretty new to webMethods. and i am currently working on webMethods 6.5.
My issue is …
while i am trying to observe a particular transaction in the portal (My webMethods), i am not able to get the proecss diagram for that transaction.

there it is showing the following exception

Could any one please advice me how to resolve this and to get the Process Diagram Properly…

Did you process model uploaded/executing correctly?

Also check the Business Process page whether the model diagram shows fine there:

You said, you are working on webMethods 6.5 version which means you are using Modeler. Are you trying to connect from different version of My webMethods Server to 6.5 IS? I remember, in 6.5 it is Manager server not My webMethods Server?

They have early MywebMethods7.01 version supportted 6.5.1 models… If I remember it correctly:
