Problems with Triggers

Hi,
When i am subscribing the published document which is published by the adapter (basic) notification. The trigger is not working some times but after deleting the old trigger and creating new trigger it is working fine. But I am facing same problem again. Can you give the possible solution.

Did you confirm that your trigger was enabled?

when we modify the service we have to refresh the triggers, other wise no need to touch the triggers. For me it is working fine now
