Is it possible to link from a JSP page to a section in a PDF that is in static resources?

In HTML, if you want to link to a section in a PDF, you would use something like:
PDF Name.

Is something like that possible using the tag in AgileApps:

Yes, it is possible by using the custom tag library in Pages to access static resource files.
