We had an issue for a message which was received from external Trading partner via AS2. For this message we have seen only EDIINT data,payload has not showing in MWS, not received and User Status of this message is “ProcessMsg:PAYLOAD” , but partner has received successful MDN back for this message. If we check the message activity log does not have any error.
Can someone Please let me know the possible to reason for missing the payload in the inbound AS2 transaction.
