Outbound IP address of c8y microservice?

Hi all,

We have a microservice making outbound REST calls to an external service behind a firewall. So we need the firewall to add an exception for the outbound IP address of the service.

Any way to easily determine that? Is it the same IP address for all services in a tenant, and are those IPs stable?

Hi Mihai,

depending on the environment there are up to three IP addresses used. You should be able to get them by asking for them in a support ticket.
