Not able to login with Software AG Cloud (SSO) which is configured in C8Y SSO

Hi,

I have the C8Y tenant with admin access.
https://ai.eu-latest.cumulocity.com/

I configured SSO from C8Y administrator → Administration

Once It is configured, It has new button “Login with SSO” on Cumulocity login screen.

It opens login screen as configured when click on “Login with SSO” but It does not successfully login to cockpit page.

Please, share guide on how to configure SSO on cumulocity and help me to resolve this.

Hi Nimesh,

can you please use the developer console and retry to login. After please post the output of the developer console. This will help us to better understand what is going wrong.

Hi Michael,

We have found the root cause. The certificate which is associated in C8Y was not correct. This issue is resolved fixed.
