Not able to create connection factories In JNDI

What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.

i have created a new um instance and configured JNDI provider Alias but while creating connection
factories its throwing an error

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

Any specific error you are seeing in the server console? or probably in the UM logs? Seems like something with the configuration/installation.
